今天買了禮物，是少有的。不過竟然一閃而過，會否買錯。
懼怕真的是一樣可怕的事。
觀察懼怕：躲避，別過臉來不看，閉上眼。
總是想知道原因。
但知道原因，就會幫助到面對了嗎？
但懼怕又是真實的。
可以批評懼怕嗎？
反省自己，可能真的因為某些懼怕，限制了生活的一些層面。
別人看得清楚，但我的力都用來瞄我所懼怕的，確保我不用面對。
Fear.
Frozen.
The cold never bothered me anyway.
Feel.
Free.
But from the movie "Frozen", surface freedom and isolation is not the solution. It is "love cast out fear".
